Remote Investigation (400€):

• Full case history review via video, records, and written information.
• All investigation, report, and follow-up delivered remotely.
• No additional fees beyond the 400€ unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Regional In-Person Investigation (400€ booking fee + travel):

• 400€ is taken now as your booking fee for the Unfixable Investigation itself.
• After you book, your location is confirmed and a separate invoice is issued for travel and itinerary costs (based on distance, travel time, and any necessary overnight stay).
• Your in-person visit is confirmed once the supplementary travel invoice is paid.
